Simply select the Party Package you would like and decide if you want any extras for the children or platters for the adults. Parties can be booked over the phone, by fax or email.
You need to pay a $75 deposit with your booking to guarantee your Party time. Your booking is not confirmed, and your time is not guaranteed, until you have paid your $75 deposit. The deposit is not refundable.
If you reschedule your booking within 7 days of the date of your party, a further $75 charge will apply.
What do you need to do before your party?
Please confirm the total number of children attending the Party on your Guest List, Food Options for children, Adult Platters plus the type of Party Package. required with our Party Co-Ordinator no later than the Wednesday prior to your Party. You will be charged for the number of children confirmed regardless of no shows.
All Children attending the Party will be charged the full party price.
Siblings not attending the Party but coming for a casual play will be charged the casual rate. Babies under 12 months are FREE.
Adult platters and extras for the kids should be ordered when you confirm numbers. Orders placed with less lead time will be honoured when possible.
Bring a large bag to collect your presents.
How to pay for your party:
All accounts must be paid in full on arrival at Clown Town by Cash, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. Babies under 12 months are FREE. Adults attending the party are also FREE.
How your party will run:
30 minutes after the arrival of your guests, an announcement will be made over the PA inviting the children to the party room. You have the exclusive use of your party room for up to 45 mins.
The party host will serve the food and drinks and remain with you while the children are in the party room.
No food or drink may be brought into Clown Town unless approved by Management.
If you bring your own lolly bags, you must hand them out as the children are leaving. If your party children take lollies into the play equipment you may incur a $20 cleaning charge.
We provide a Premium Ice-Cream or (Michel's Patisserie Celebration Cake extra $10), however you may bring your own birthday cake and candles if you wish.
All children must wear socks for hygiene reasons.
All children have unlimited play time at Clown Town before & after the party.
All party children have unlimited Tea Cup rides at Clown Town.
Party adults (minimum 18 years of age) must provide adequate supervision of all their party children.
